Normally I wouldn't review a chain like this but Bob's does not have a chain feel to it.
The service was very good and everyone liked (loved) their choice of meal. The wine we chose was out of stock, but he servier made an excellent suggestion and it truly was a good one.
I was surprised that they did NOT have any draft taps which for a serious steak guy a frothy draft beer is a great starter before the wine with your meal. Especially if it is hot out. i'm not sure about the other ones but I would recommend making draft beer available.
The atmosphere is steakhouse appropriate, exactly what you would expect from a high-end steak house. I had the Kansas bone in strip with a starter and sides and it was worth every callery. The steak was charred and just a little crispy on the outside and a perfect, juicy medium on the inside. I suggest you only order the onion rings if there are several of you and you all love onion rings. They are actually too big in my opinion. But hey this is Texas. I would highly recommend Bob's for a group night out.
