The menu looks great, but the flavors are not very authentic ...be prepared for very high sodium content and they cant seem to alter that when you request it

If you are going to a chain for Chinese food then this is the place to go. I have found the food to be consistently good over the years at the Northpark location in Dallas. Of course, if you prefer really authentic Chinese food you should look for the local Mom and Pop restaurant in your area. P. F. Chang's is for those of us who don't want to search and hope to find a good "authentic" place. The decor here is modern, yet warm and the service has been great every time I have visited. I've never been served a bad meal at P.F. Chang's although I will agree the prices can be a little high (but then what isn't these days). The only drawback is the noise factor while dining (my reaons for only 4 stars). It's usually so loud that you can hear people at other tables and they can hear you. Not the greatest acoustics, but you can definitely rely on getting a good Chinese meal.

Used to really like PF Chang's but now find that the food is pretty average, prices can be a bit high. This is upscale Asian food and my preference for this type food is to hit the little Mom and Pop, Hole in the Wall joint which usually has fantastic food and much better prices. If you want atmosphere, PF Changs is good, if you want really good food, there are better choices out there.

For a weekend dinner out you can't go wrong with Chang's. We are never sorry that we chose to dine there, and the wait staff is always great. We frequented the P.F. Chang's at Watters Creek in Allen.

There is nothing that I don't like about this place, other than the wait.
