“Great Experience!”
Reviewed May 16, 2013

The museum had tons of information and was the most interactive of all the Presidential libraries I have been to. Also it was nice too see the personal side of Bush and the 9/11 exhibit was really moving and very well done. The staff around the exhibits were really helpful and nice. Overall a very nice trip!

“Fantastic Museum”
Reviewed May 11, 2013

We visited this museum the 3rd day it was open. I found it to be a very moving experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything is "hands on". My husband and I as well as our two boys really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely a must see while in Dallas.

“A walk with our president during some crucial years in America.”
Reviewed May 10, 2013

I often feel that George Bush catches way too much flack, prompted by a hateful media. This library/museum takes visitors through America's introduction to foreign terrorists. With actual salvaged girders, warped from heat, and film footage, we are taken from that tragic day through the Iraq war and further efforts to insure our safety from a new, fanatical foe. You can stand at simulators where you receive the same information Bush received on the Iraq situation, the economic meltdown and other major topics, then make your own decision on what to do. Bush was and is a man of character and he and Laura are continuing much good work in the world through his foundation. This museum examines the difficulty of being president but it also reveals a man of character, integrity and deep seated values. A great visual and thoughtful attraction.

“Beautiful building, excellent museum”
Reviewed May 8, 2013

We visited the George Bush Presidential Library on the 3rd day it was open to the public, so we had to wait a bit in a line to get through security, but it wasn't a big deal.

The building is stunning! It is filled with information about Bush's presidency, including tons of interactive displays. My favorite was the Decision Point Theater area where you choose a topic from those that Bush faced in his presidency and then you get to decide how you would handle the issues involved, along with all of the other people in the theater.

The other extremely cool area was the life-sized oval office. You could even have your picture taken at the presidential desk.

I learned a lot about President Bush and about the years he was in office. The 911 area is sobering and very well done.

Be sure to watch the Imax-type movie shown high up in the foyer, in the round. It's great!

“Magnificent”
Reviewed May 6, 2013

This brand new and completely modern museum has some wonderful exhibits complete with the latest in technology and visual effects. We particularly enjoyed the replica of the Oval Office and the 9/11 memorial. Definitely worth the visit. Entrance fee is $16 for adults
