“Great & informative trolley tour of Dallas!”
Reviewed October 9, 2013

This is a great way to get your bearings in Dallas and also hear some interesting history about the great city of Dallas! I haven't been to Dallas in over 30 years, and it was a great way to spend 75 minutes!

“Great Tour - Very Informative”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

Took this tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. The trolley is air conditioned and very comfortable to ride in (for a trolley!). The price is $24 per person (seniors are $20). The driver we had (I believe his name was Tyler) was a great host. He told us all about the areas we were shown and had lots of information that we would not have known if not for him. He told us a lot of stuff that probably was not on the tour and that is what made it that much better. The more info about what you are seeing the better.

The tour did make one stop at sculptures of a heard of long horn cattle. Absolutely wonderful.

There is not much parking in downtown Dallas but we found that for $4 for the day, you can park in the parking lot at the 6th Floor Museum. We found a parking spot about 2 blocks up the street but paid $8 for the day. Either parking lot is about 3 blocks from where the trolley tour pick up is.

The brochures say that the driver only accepts cash - true, but if you wish to pay with your credit card, go inside the Old Red Museum and go to customer service where you can pay for your tickets. There are also washrooms inside (on the main floor) to use before you go on the tour which is over 1.5 hours long. Take water with you as well.

Don't sit in the back row of the trolley as the air conditioner does not hit you. If you want to be cool, sit closer to the front.

“Great JFK Tour, well worth the time!”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

A one hour trolley tour where the driver takes you back to 1963 through the background and actual tour of the spots from 11/22. The owner/driver gives a very informative tour that goes througthe parade route, the spot where Tippett was shot, the movie and the police door where Oswald was shot. It was a very pleasant surprise on how good and informative it was, I would definetly recommed it.

Tip: Take the 10:30 tour and go to the plaza early and then go into the museum at 10 and have them sign your ticket so you can go back in after the tour as well.

“Great value and informative as well”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

When we travel to large cities we like to take a tour that exposes us to what is there so we can go back to specific sights that we are interested in. This tour did just that. The guide was very knowledgeable about his city and shared it with us. The 90 minute trip covered many areas of the city, We would recommend this to visitors with a limited time to see and learn about Dallas.

“best in dallas”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

We have taken city tours pretty much everywhere we go, and this one was the best by far. From the moment we booked, we could sense we were in good hands. Scott was so proud of his hometown that he made all of us fall in love with this incredible city! His way of telling us the stories, and getting you a real feel for it, was amazing. Of course the air conditioned trolley made a big difference, but it was just a great tour. If we had more time, we probably wouldve taken the jfk tour also!
