Better than expected after being at Spains and New Yorks best museums I was not expecting much of it. However been it outdoors gives it a diferent feel. Love the Picasso go see it. Is a short stop can do on an hour.

This is the place for modern sculpture and art...the outdoor garden is pretty cool and it is close to several other museums so you can visit more than one in an afternoon

It's right across the road from the Dallas Art Museum and it's delightful. Buy the ticket for both on the way in, you won't be sorry.

Nice collection. It's very small but they have some fabulous special events. I went there for a performance where a dance group was dressed in elaborate colorful horse costumes. It was really cool. Bring your sunscreen through, the glare from the obnoxious building next door is pretty harsh!

Thanks for the compliment! We are happy to hear that you were able to enjoy the Nick Cave's performance piece entitled 'Heard'. The performance piece featured collaborations with the UNT College of Music Department of Dance and Theatre and other UNT arts programs and incorporated 30 newly created Soundsuits in the shapes of horse-like forms, which moved through the Nasher and garden and evolved into hybrid beings, for a completely unique multi-sensory experience.

Great downtown location in the Arts district. Ray Nasher donated his private art collection to the people of Dallas -- wonderful person and family! An oasis of art in the busy downtown area.
