“Well kept secret”
Reviewed August 6, 2012

If the word really gets out it would not be good. Have always heard of the Bishop Arts District but really never know much about it or where it was. We went to have dinner at Tillman's Roadhouse (Excellent) and also enjoyed the area. Real artsy, good independent shops, good "art" hence the name.
The issue is parking! If it really catches on which it looks like it is doing, it is a hassle to park. If you can get around this fact, the shops, eating and feel of the people and area are GREAT. Go have some fun and enjoy the hidden gem in Dallas called the Bishop Arts District.

“WOW”
Reviewed August 5, 2012

I love Bishop arts, it has had a major over haul and if you go the must visit places are Glorias and Cafe Brazil. LOVE THEM. They are the best places there. There are plenty of little shops that are awesome. Ice cream parlors etc. Its really nice.

“Need a easy, enjoyable afternoon or evening in Dallas? Head here!”
Reviewed July 26, 2012

With a varied group of restaurants from the best in Dallas (Lucia) to white table cloth w/ traditional fare done untraditionally (Hatties) to great thin pizza, cheeses and wonderful wine by the glass (Enos) to Oddfellows and much more. Shops of various types focused for both men and women and all (though they all close around 6 pm). We come here reguarly and always enjoy the neighborhood.
