White Rock Local Market
Ranked #139 of 247 things to do in Dallas
Reviewed April 13, 2014

I have always enjoyed the Dallas Farmers Market, located downtown, but this small collection of Texas growers, farmers, bakers and craftsmen is a wonderful departure from the more commercial venue in Dallas.
The market rotates weekends each Saturday between two locations. 1st. & 3rd at Lakeside Baptist Church and 2nd & 4th at the Green Spot. 8am-1pm
See the web site for a list of vendors, but you will find everything from, crafts, clothing, dog related items to plants, meat farmers, baked goods and fresh eggs from a variety of fowl. Get there early if you want duck eggs, they sell out quickly!

This is a great "farmer's market" w/other vendors, many of which are organic. There are breads, jellies, honeys, grains, yogurts, and some non-edibles as well as organic produce. I love this market! It is open on the 2nd & 4th Sat. of the month.
