Charging for wi fi was really cheap. This is really cheap on your part. You should just add another $10 to the room rate if you have tol I have nothing else to say, but you need 200 characters. Satisfied? I have nothing else to say about my experience. this is a stupid part of your survey and I resent it.

I have stayed at the Park Cities Hilton at least 30+ nights in the past year. The staff at this hotel is outstanding. They are professional and very dear people. They welcome you properly and appreciate your patronage. (Unlike the Omni in Ft Worth that does not have a clue if you have stayed there before many times!) The parking at the Hilton Park Cities has not been a problem for me. I try to add a few extra minutes to retrieve my car as this situation is problematic at all of the better hotels. Enjoy your stay, it's a very endearing experience.

I've been staying at this hotel for years and continue to return. The location is quaint and the hotel itself is cozy and not super-sized. It has a very at home feel about it. Great breakfast on the concierge floor. Nice fitness room & outdoor pool. Within walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Valet can be slow...but call ahead for when you need the car and it will be waiting when you arrive at the lobby.

My wife and I were very pleased with the accommodations after arriving from a lengthy international flight and needing some rest and time to adjust to a nine hour time change. I strongly recommend this hotel to those who may be needing to stay over night in this area for business or leisure.

The Park Cities r Hilton is a wonderful home away from home. The staff is wonderful, the location is terrific, wonderful shopping is not too far away and no matter what you political affiliation, you should try to see the GW Bush Library at SMU, it is a wonderful experience.

We stayed 3 nights at this Hilton and found the rooms comfortable, minimal noise and a good price. But......and it's what comes after the but that counts.......the parking/valet situation is awful. The driveway can only hold 3 or 4 cars and you wait in the street to pull in. Waiting for your car to be brought around is another good 15 minute wait, even calling ahead for it.

The breakfast at The Grain was generally awful. If you didn't want their buffet, you waited an inordinately long time to get menus, orders taken and food brought. If you opted for the buffet, most of the hot food was cold and the cold food was room temperature.

The lobby was used for private events and seating was inadequate.

The excellent proximity to freeways and walking distance to some good eateries could not help us from saying that we would not stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for a high school track meet at St. Mark's. We were here 2 years ago for another conference meet and decided to come back. We were impressed again with the service. In fact, the bartender/waiter (Mark) remembered us AND the wine he served us (He recommended it after we weren't sure about others on the menu)! Incredible! Last year I remembered I had the short ribs and they were great! This year I just had a burger (actually split with my wife and they cooked with different temps) and the house salad. Both were very good. The hotel is close to a number of very good restaurants and we ate at one (HopDoddy's). It's a great location for any where in Dallas. I saw where others didn't like the $24/day valet parking charge. But that wasn't bad compared to others and especially not bad compared to $39/night at the Hilton Palacios in SA. We'll be back.
