Cool River has a great menu and the staff is very nice. During my visit they were either short staffed or another factor contributed to very slow service. My waiter was good but the food was not. My Ahi Tuna had four pieces. Two which were cold and two which were warm. When I inquired about this a head waiter said he would check on it but never did. Usually restaurants in airport are fast but this visit ended with me needed to remind the staff of orders and over six different people visiting my table in the confusion. This might have been a bad day for them but for an Ahi Tuna and a Peppadew Chicken I paid 52.00. Definitely wasn't worth the price on that day.
