Description: La Fiorentina, a welcoming Tuscan steakhouse located in the trendy Knox-Henderson neighborhood, offers high quality and authentic Tuscan food made in the traditional way. Our mouthwatering nightly entrees are made from the best local and imported ingredients, and include dishes from Alberto Lombardi’s family recipe book which celebrates homemade signature antipasti, hearty Tuscan style entrees and sumptuous desserts. The term Fiorentina is also used to describe the restaurant forte - a 24 ounces Tuscan style Porterhouse brushed with olive oil and herbs and cooked to perfection over aromatic wood. Our menu changes daily according to availability and freshness. The nightly selection of entrées might include Lamb Chops with Port Wine reduction, Slow roasted Ossobuco and flavorful Mediterranean fish such as oven baked whole Branzino. At La Fiorentina we offer you the choice between an intimate dining area and a patio where guests can enjoy the crisp evening air.

We had a Sunday brunch at this restaurant which was delightful.
Decor lets one feel as if in Italy! (as does the attention of the Italian owner or manager!)
Very accommodating as to requests for changes to menu and sharing dishes.
We shared a Veal Milanese which was excellent though enough for way more than two of us!

Went on a Tuesday celebrating my wife's birthday had a Travelzoo voucher. Attractive former church, nice patio too hot at over 100 and limited free parking.

Had a great waiter Tony he made us welcome was helpful and attentive without being a bother.

Appetizers were good and large we had Goat Cheese salad and Fritto Misto nice mixture hot and tasty. Enjoyed with Prosecco. Darlene had a special bone in ribeye charred nicely, good flavor and cooked to perfection. I had swordfish generous portion cooked nicely. We shared a delicious dessert sticky with ice cream. Had a couple of decaf Cappos. We came due to the Travelzoo voucher would return again realizing this is a nice treat. We have been to Florence in Tuscany region on our honeymoon in 2006, our dinner last night brought back pleasant memories of beautiful Italia. Our TA profile picture is from our Tuscany cooking class in Cortona in 2011.

We came here for a rehearsal dinner and I'm never a fan of mass produced food, but they did a really great job with everything! Everyone said great things about the food - scallops, duck and chicken options. The sticky toffee dessert was also awesome.

We've gone twice now. Service was excellent both times. Prosecco cocktails were very good. Salads were excellent. Fish was very good, but the broccoli rabi was inedible. Bread and olive oil were excellent. We sat outside. Mosquitos are terrible (eat inside). Music is pop Italian and grating. Because they have a high price point, everything should be excellent.
