When we arrived we announced we were problem diners - meaning very fussy as we cook all the time. After explaining all our culinary needs - including NO ADDED SALT - and our fiasco at another restaurant the night before we asked them if they wanted us to stay. Manager said yes as he knew his kitchen and staff could deliver. And they did. Both of the Apps and both of the Entrees were wonderful. And the kitchen respected our no extra salt diligently. Our server was friendly, efficient and made the experience that much better. A great experience without tension or problems.

This a great place for a romantic dinner with simply wonderful food. Highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Pica for an appetizer and the BBQ-Braised Short Ribs for an entree. They are best known for their Bourbon-Marinated Pork Chop, which is also excellent. It's has beautiful interior with an open kitchen. The only negative is that it gets pretty loud as they are usually very busy, especially on the weekends.

This was our first visit, but will not be the last! With reservations, we were quickly seated by a very friendly hostess, immediately greeted by most capable wait staff team who seemed determined to make our trip special. They certainly did that! Our view of the busy but obviously organized kitchen added to the whole experience. The number of choices on the menu were not overwhelming and well described. Portions were just right and both our selections, that followed a delicious crab dip, salmon on an awesome sweet potato purée (mine) and catch of the day blackened red snapper over wild rice (my wife's) were both just maybe the best tasting Dishes we have had, ever, period. The French green bean side and the OMG chocolate dessert that we shared made everything work together well with a "just right" finish to a wonderful evening. The wine list was affordable and easy to pair with the menu.

Have eaten at Dish many times over the last 3 years but after tonight I may take a breather. Service was incredibly slow. 30 minutes to get an appetizer after ordering it? That was 45 minutes after sitting down.
And the calamari was overcooked, heavily breaded and tasteless. Don't waste your money.
Mahi Mahi fish special was perfect. Cooked just right, fresh flavors and fresh fish helped make up for the slow service and bad appetizer.
Server admitted that a large party slowed the kitchen down, but no apology, no courtesy for the exceptionally long wait times.
My dinner companions who had never been before, thought they would pass on coming back. I will to.....
