Get Reservations!!! Not too expensive but not cheap either. Great little spot in the design district with good food.

This place is just plain fun. Great environment, awesome people watching and an expressive tapas-like menu. I really enjoy trying a variety of plates on the menu and sharing them with my guest(s) instead of having to commit to one plate. Luckily I am not like that with people! The lunch menu is not as large, but it is still different than most restaurants. Also, take a look at the specials of the day because there us usually something that will catch your eye. Enjoy this place, I always do.

Lots of interesting choices on the menu. Several kinds of mussels and rabbit pot pie. Not the usual. I don't drink beer, but seemed like staggering number of choices. Shrimp and grits good, but a tad salty. Grilled cheese and soup was great.

Exhaustive, intelligent, well-planned beer selection. I believe it was 40 taps and there were a wide variety of selections from locals, to regionals to imports. The selection was outstanding and the staff was well-educated about their product. The menu, while a huge departure from normal pub fare, was adventurous and fun.

After reading all of the review, I want to give the Meddlesome Moth a try as it looked like it a lot going for it. The locale was nice and the restaurant appeared to be clean. I went on a Wednesday night and it was pretty full with patrons in suits. The bar crowd was adjacent to the dining area which created an uncomfortable setting if you are looking to spend some quality time with a significant other or associate. Bottom line it was too loud as the sound of meaningless work conversations would interfere with any dining setting. The beer selection was good but the prices were a little high. The food was a poor attempt at creating a tapas selection. One of the options was a pork belly and when it was served, it was the worst cooked pork belly I've ever had. I had two others that were ok. All in all, if you’re looking for a crowded bar where you want to shine in your suit, then this is the place. If you are looking for fun and a place to wind down, Dallas has a lot more options to offer.
