Honeymoon ruined. At check-in the host requested a $250 damage deposit by phone. After paying it, we were sent a link that did not work to upload a photo ID. The link is THEIR IT problem-was broken. They basically said "good luck" but if you dont send the ID (which was impossible), "we can't let you stay". Security guard unable to look at ID. Hotels.com could not get anyone from Hosteeva to answer. As a lawyer, I sent a demnand letter via certified mail to Expedia, Hosteeva and Hotels. then and only then (after hours of poor customer service reps who did';t give a #$%^), legal department ok'd the refund. Were it not for the thresat of luitigation, this venue would rop ypou off. The security guard told us that "this happens all the time, they will not resolve this". We had to walk to another hotel and make a new reservation-no apartment. Stay away from these people. Very unprofessional. Better Business Bureau has several similar complaints....

Room tip: Don't stay here

I loved this unit, building was conveniently located to all central points of interests. Was super clean and stylish.

Artwork on the walls in the unit were simply amazing. We contacted host few times with some questions, they were prompt and super helpful and adressed all our asks.

Highly recommend it , I will stay again for sure !

I booked this apartment through Hotels.com. I knew there was no front desk upon check in and understood that I would have to contact property before our stay. I received a text requesting ID from them that looked weird two weeks prior and forgot to investigate due to two children that are graduating college and high school. I later receive a rude email that my reservation has been cancelled. I try to rectify and could tell my email was read but no response! I had received no warning email or text before cancelling. Also there was no initiation for a refund on their behalf.

Let me tell you the great things about this place:
1. The apartment was very large & beautifully decorated. It had a "home" feel and was very cozy.
2. The amenities were nice: Game room, Pool, FREE Valet parking.

NOW for the things I, personally, was not a fan of:
1. The communication with the "front desk". Everything was done by text messages or emails. I called SEVERAL TIMES when an issue arose & never got an answer. I had to email them & wait hours for a response via text message.

2. The initial email with the room/info was vague. There were zero details about parking. I had to call 4 times before I got an answer & then when they finally did answer, they couldn't help me on the phone. I was told she would call me back. She didn't - she instead texted me the info.

3. The room details stated there would be a King Sized bed in 1 of the bedrooms. They were both Full/Queen sized. On our first night, I noticed the sheets were slept in & there was HAIR on the bed and pillows - from previous guests. I called front desk several times with no answer. I decided to just change the sheets myself with the extra pair that was in the closet.

4. Although there is FREE valet, the parking garage is not "attached" to the building. It is only a short walk, but it was raining on our trip & was NOT convenient to carry tons of luggage to the garage.

Overall, it was a nice place. I would have been happier if it had staff on the property.
