The botanical gardens are amazing! It's clearly well maintained, all the staff friendly and able to help. My advice is to choose a day that is not that hot, then it will be more pleasant. All the gardens are beautiful, great for picnicking and to take nice pictures.
Also, they have a good restaurant, where you can find delicious desserts, tea, wine, coffee...

This place was well kept and even thought it was extremely hot it was still enjoyable! It was large enough for us to get lost haha! We had to ask directions for the exit but the staff was great!

Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens is one of Dallas' most beautiful sites for visiting, picnicking, taking family photos, eating in nice venues, having a wedding and/or reception, keeping children engaged and getting in festive modes for Christmas, Halloween and tulip time. We love everything about it, even if you are handicap and need a ride in a golf cart or tram. Mary Brineger has put together a fine team of professionals to direct all aspects of this special venue.
