I did enjoy this visit to Dallas Aquarium. It is a nice surprise to see such a large place with amazing animals. If you are in Dallas for a day, it is a must!

This is a must see if you are in Dallas. It was unique, and very interesting. I was a little skeptical after reading reviews of people going through it in an hour, and said it wasn’t worth the money. We thought it was well worth the money! Glad we did this:)
First time here and the place is very well laid out, as you start with the bird exhibits and it moves onto the aquarium portion you wind through the walking paths.
I would recommend this visit with family or couples.
Out of town visitors, this is a must to see.
We visited the Dallas World Aquarium with family during a recent visit. It was well-worth the drive to see the amazing collection of not just aquarium exhibits but the wide array of animals that fit right in with the aquatic venues: primates, birds, a leopard and a pair of HUGE alligators....
I liked how the building had walking paths that logically took you to all of the areas without a lot of back-tracking and passing through the same intersection all the time. Very creatively put together within the limited area of this building.
I would definitely visit again if the chance were available.
We loved this place. Perfect spot to visit on a very hot day in Dallas. Particularly loved the giant otters and sloth that we weren’t expecting to see in an aquarium.
The main reason for not giving it 5 stars was that we found it a little difficult to navigate and it would have been easy to miss some of the exhibits without asking for directions.
Also was surprised that no recycling available for plastic.
As a final positive we were impressed at the selection and quality of food on offer.
Would be ok on a weekday (weekend was crazy packed and you have to walk in a line shuttles behind people to look at what you are supposed to see and feel rushed as their are many others behind you waiting to see the same)
to just see once is all I would recommend.
