Very nice room with a fantastic view of planes taking off. The room had all of the mod-cons and the hotel itself had facilities that you would expect from the Hyatt name. We stayed overnight and also purchased a 10 hour day block because we had an evening flight back to Australia.
The breakfast was superb and our waiter Marcis, could not do enough for us, he was an absolute delight.
Very convenient hotel for a lay over. Really enjoyed our stay

Our flight was cancelled and we were forced to spend the night in DFW. I was tired, and was just looking for convenience. Being on the SkyLink, seemed like the easiest choice.

The hotel look like a recent remodel. Very nice choice of colors, and decor.

The rooms were impeccable, with a lot of highend bells and whistles like the ability to control everything from the bed, including the room shades. The shower was seperate from the tub. Nice art in the bathroom and throughout the facility. Great TV, with aton of channels.

The staff waas fantastic too. Stumbling in late, they made every effort to assist us. Especially the Concierage Zac. Could not do enough to assist us from overnight kits, to getting us checked in for our flight the next day.

Wish I had more time to sit and watch the planes and enjoy the room.

Room Tip: High room, overlooking concourse D gives a good view.

Phenomenal Hotel. I stayed her for 1 night for a business meeting, and have never stayed at a better airport hotel. The rooms are amazing. HD Flat screen televisions, automatic blinds and shades, and fully digital lights. The exercise room features a wonderful view of the DFW runaway to watch the planes take off and land while you run on the treadmill. Easy access from the airport terminal, and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Connected to the D terminal at DFW, this hotel is upscale and just an escalator ride to the security enterance. I was upgraded to a suite at no additional cost. Service was great and the room was fantastic. My colleague stayed in a regular room and she thought her room was excellent as well. It's a little pricey but not too much more than other upscale hotels in the area. The quality and convenience makes it worth it.

We spent the night at the DFW Grand Hyatt between a flight from NYC and a flight to Kansas City the following morning. The hotel is clean, quiet and efficient and we found the rooms of a good size, absolutely sound proof and wonderful beds. Bathroom and amenities are all good quality. The coffee shop take away sandwiches were expensive and a little stay and the service in the restaurant for dinner was a little over solicitous for us: but the highlight was the efficiency with which the concierge staff and the head bellman dealt with our check in for the follow on flight concierge checked us in and printed our boarding passes the night before and the bellman collected us and our luggage at 6am the next morning, cheerfully took us to the American counter to check us in, then drove us to our gate number. DFW is a large and potentially confusing airport with four terminals and we really appreciated the personal service and expedition of our early morning check out and airline check in. Yes it's a big part of what they do and why travellers choose to stay at an airport hotel, but the system runs like clockwork and with a friendly, personal feel. And the room view : panoramic of the Tarmac: probably not to everyone's taste but fascinating for an over-nighter.

I usually stay and this hotel the night before an early flight out of Dallas DFW airport since it is located in terminal D. I've had nothing but good experience except for this last time. Our check-in was handled by Marissa. She appeared friendly but soon proved to be quite competitive to prove she knew more than me. Maybe she did, but I am sure Hyatt would not appreciate her telling guests how useless electronic check-in is since a credit card is required for incidental charges. I found her to be quite rude and a dampener to an otherwise great day in Dallas. The room was great as usual. I also enjoy the food from room service or the restaurant downstairs. The bell men are very attentive to getting you to the right gate on the day of your departure. Flight noise is not an issue.

We stayed one night before taking and early morning flight out of DFW. Room was clean and comfortable, not quiet. We could hear talking in the hallway as well as doors opening/closing in the middle of the night. Yes, we were awakened by the noise. The staff were helpful and attentive. Would recommend this hotel if have an early flight out of DFW.
