We dined here our last night in Dallas and as expected, Charlie Palmer's did not disappoint! The service was incredible and the food was just as great. The menu is presented Ala Carte so we chose only an appetizer and entree. Enjoyed a very unique shrimp cocktail to start and followed up with Filet Mignon with hubby having a HUGE bone in Rib Eye. I swear it was nearly 2" thick and filled the plate.
The waitress (Amber) brought several "gifts from the chef" between the course and even gave my husband a hot water and honey to sooth his laryngitis (yelled too much at the Cowboy game the day before.
We also enjoyed a fine Cabernet with our meal that paired perfectly. I can say no negative thing about the entire experience from arrival to departure and would recommend everyone to try this place out. It is pricey but with the level of service, quality of food and atmosphere it was worth every cent.
