The room was great. All the things you need when you are away from home.

Beds are comphy; and apperently nosey when you bounce on them as the neighbor demenstrated for us last night. Walls are not very sound proof.

I have had better breakfasts at a Best Western than this place; but lots of choices.

Location is okay; but bad to get to during rush hour traffic & since LBJ freeway is underconstruction.

But over all for the price is Great.

I only stayed two nights for business and had a late check in. The hotel was just just above average. You can tell they are doing their best to update the property as power washing and paitning was going on to upgrade the exterior. The rooms were adequate, again a little dated and no effort was put in while painting to cover the handles, brackets, door jams, etc.. so you can definitely tell where they cut corners.

I would probably stay elsewhere if I travel to this area again, there are plenty of options and the 179.00 a night I paid was steep compared to other properties close by.

We did spend time in downtown Dallas so it was easy to get to from the hotel, the area around the hotel is pretty ran down as well.

The front desk folks and the people that cleaned the room were top notch, so I have to give a shout out to them for taking such good care of their customers.

If you can get a good deal on a room here it would be worth it, but again 179.00 a night is a little steep for what you get.

Once again I am in Dallas on business, previously I stayed at this hotel and needless to say
I came back. The atmosphere is quiet and customer oriented. I requested the same room and they accommodated. The receptionist at the front desk was cheerful and very efficient. The parking is now safely secure with a check in gate. Maid service exceptional. Buffet personal assures that food is hot and very appetizing.

Room Tip: I prefer a poolside room.

We just spent 2 nights at this hotel and were not pleased. We are long time Marriott customers and this hotel does not appear to meet typical standards. When we got ready to leave this morning, we immediately became aware that our daughter's car had been vandalized! Someone had sawed off her catalytic converter!!! We filed a report with the Dallas Police Department and had to find a place to repair her car on a Sunday which is not an easy task. The hotel staff were friendly but didn't seem to take much ownership. The hotel is in disrepair with lots of temporary repairs and it is not in a very good neighborhood. The rooms are cramped and the kitchen is teensie tiny. The breakfast was good but the hostess started trying to take all of the food away at 10:00 even though there was a line of people trying to get food. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: #1 Tip...Don't stay here! Park at your own risk or park where the only surveillance camera will...

Centrally located, this property was a little run down and our king suite was cramped and not cleaned well. We checked in late and the hotel was full, so could not switch rooms. There were stains and spills on the floors, walls, and countertops. The bathroom had hair and dirt on the floors, and the carpet and tile was threadbare and worn in places. The refrigerator was dirty and had old food and spills caked on its shelves and door. The staff is friendly and accommodating, though, especially at breakfast - which had a nice, well-stocked variety of hot and cold items. Free, well-lit parking. However, we would not return due to room cleanliness / sanitary issues.

Room Tip: Possibly you could inspect the overall condition of the room before committing to staying in it. Ot...

We stayed here from San Antonio for the Dallas Rock-n-Roll marathon. Only about 10-15min. from downtown. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, it is like a small apartment with a bathroom in each bedroom & bedrooms are closed off. Great for us & 2 kids. Continental breakfast was pretty good. I recommend eating at nearby Dunstons Prime Steak House (open late & $11 NY strips)

Stayed for a weekend. Had a 2-bedroom suite. Very clean. Staff is all very very friendly. The hotel is showing some age, but it is still very clean and very nice. Lots of complaints from others about the noise from the freeway. Did not hear it once but I am from a big city myself. The surrounding neighborhood did not seem too bad to me. Downtown is just a few miles away. Worth the money and would stay again without reservation. My only complaint....I wish the pool hours were later. 10 p.m. is too early, even for an old bird like me.

Room Tip: Stay near the pool!!!! Nice view and close. Never too noisy.
