Since when the quote: "We don't need your business" became "good customer service" ? Specially when "the owner" made a huge mistake and he just does not want to take responsibility for it.
We were celebrating my friend's birthday, and the owner delivered a birthday cake to the wrong birthday party (our party).After he had to give a big discount to the table who ordered the cake, he tried to make up for the loss by charging us... the cost of the cake, after we were told it had been a mistake and we did not have to worry about it. When we called him on it, he started to argue and cutting me off, implying that we were taking advantage of the situation. To make things worse, unfortunately, he made the server who had the bad fortune to bring us the cake, responsible for the cost. Ridiculous!!!
I am crossing off my list MOMO'S @ knox/henderson. The worst customer service my friends and I have ever ha...d since I moved to Dallas 15 years ago.
