“Romantic and quiet getaway in Cypress”
Reviewed March 11, 2014

Stumbled upon this B&B. After searching long and hard for a hotel for our over anniversary get away we found this place. The rates were much cheaper than any hotels we could find during the week.

The B&B itself is tucked away at the end of a small road. This means it's quiet and private. The house was very nice, the grounds looked nice but due to the weather we did not take advantage of them. This place would be really awesome in the summer.

Our key was waiting when we got there with a note and contact # for problems. The room was clean and neat. The bathroom did have a couple issues that needed maint (towel hook fell off wall, tub cold water handle had trouble turning off, and the shower door had a leak) but nothing that effected our stay. The bed was soooo nice, we both agreed it was one of the most comfortable beds either of us have slept in.

Breakfast the next morning was delicious. The stuffed French toast was fantastic.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Cypress or anybody in Cypress looking for a quick overnight get away.

My husband and I spent the weekend at this location. And it was a surprise to him for his birthday. I've learned at this location via Living Social, when utilizing there reference (Living Social) check the location out first before you purchase the advertisement. Seven Heaven was a HUGE disappointment to me, becasue looking at the advertisement it looks so beautiful. But I had nothing but a disaster stay. first off, there isnt any fish in the pond. Per the advertisement it states fishes in the pool, that isnt accurate. And the pool is very dirty. There isnt any options regarding the breakfast menu. The stove in the kitchen dosent work. The matress on the bed is hard and the plug in the bathroom was coming out of the wall in the room. I'v informed Nicole, and she didnt take care of the issue. The paddle boat was very dirty and not useable.

To be honest there isnt anything to do at this location. But play pool and go shopping at the mall. We had more fun outside of the house, than at the house.I would not refer any one to this location.

My husband and I spent time here to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was incredibly romantic with a gigantic shower that boasted several jets, a comfortable bath with a waterfall, a sitting room, and elegant decor. We enjoyed the paddle boat in the afternoon but didn't have enough time to experience the other activities. The breakfast was excellent and Nicole was very friendly and helpful. We are recommending this for all of our friends who want a romantic getaway!

Very disappointed. Called in advance to find out what amenities were available as we lived closed by and wanted to get out of the city and enjoy the amenities. However when we got there, only one fishing pole was working and the person working could not fix any of the other one. The paddle boat was on the side, full of dirt and did not look like it worked. We asked to turn on the hot tub as this one was of activities we were excited about however it never heated up. We tried multiple times yet it never worked. Later, we tried to make s'mores with the supplies that we had brought over the fire pit however that also was not working. After dinner, we tried to watch a game upstairs while playing pool but the tv was broken. One of the towels we got in the room had red spots on it. Overall, all of the amenities we were told about either did not work or were not available. This was not worth our time or money with the poor service we received.

I have had the opportunity to stay on two different occasions, and both times I was received and treated exceptionally well. The room was immaculate and the staff was phenomenal, anything we needed, handled with a smile. I really enjoyed the stuffed french toast for breakfast, Nicole even shared the recipe!

I would highly recommend 7th Heaven to anyone wanting to relax and get away, and still be within a short drive of anything you could need.

The fishing is pretty good too!

My wife found Seventh Heaven via Living Social a few months before our wedding, and it was one of her best finds ever. We have stayed there a handful of times, and Nicole and her staff have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They have catered to our every need, from accommodating our picky dietary needs, to allowing us to rent the house for our wedding weekend. They have even held on to forgotten items for us for months, making sure not to lose them. Now we look at Seventh Heaven as our getaway from the city, a place where we can go by ourselves for a romantic weekend (we spent our wedding night in the appropriately named Celestial Suite) or take our whole family to get some fresh air in the beautiful countryside (the Greenhill Suite is ideal for this) We look forward to creating many more family memories here.

Room Tip: The Greenhill Suite is ideal for families.
