“Great particularly for such a small town”

This place was pretty good although service was slow. Ecstatic they had this place in such a small town. Truck had to be worked on so we spent an hour in here. Worked out great.

I live in the area and we try to get over to the Horny Toad at least one Thursday night a month for their chicken fried rib eye. Really delicious. Their lunch specials on Thursdays and Fridays are also great.

Wanted to ride the Indian today. Looked up best biker stops, this place came up. 1:45 min ride from home. Walked inside and knew it was well worth the ride. It reminded me of Woody's in Mineral Wells. Great service, cold beer and an awesome cheese burger with onion rings.

Like a lot of visitors, I saw this place on Texas Bucket List. A quick weekend getaway in the area and this had to be on the list. Arrived a little after one pm on a hot Saturday. Not crowded at all. Few folks drinking at the bar and some families cane in later. Great bar inside. Used to be an old feed store I think. Rustic with great bar decor and sort of dark and cool..nice on a hot day. I ordered the B@#$*wich as it was the burger featured on the show. It was amazing. Texas toast perfectly toasted and all the cheese, bacon, grilled onions and jalapeños and beef worked great. Couple of very cold Lone Star beers made it perfect. Got it with onion rings. Ok but nothing special. Wish I lived closer just to stop in for a beer once in a while. Loved the place. Food was a bonus. Wife was not real hungry so just got a corn dog but she enjoyed it.
