This was recommended to us as a good local restaurant. There were ladies playing cards in the back and couples having a leisurely meal on the porch. The food was good but it's what I call "California" food - hummus and feta cheese in a wrap. My wife loved her turkey sandwich and I liked my Mediterranean salad. But is it indicative of Texas?

This new cafe serves healthy and delicious food and coffee. The store, part of the cafe, offers unique greeting card choices, wines, cookbooks as well as books about the hill country area and history.
Nice place to have a leisurely breakfast or lunch.

They have transformed the space into something very clean, bright, modern - and the food was delicious. Very relaxed and casual atmosphere. Would definitely stop there for lunch again. Open Everyday - Except Wednesday.

The food is the best in all the Hill Country. The only drawback is they stop serving at 4 pm. My new favorite place to eat. Interesting and surprising food! Men will love it, too! Its fun to sit out in a rocking chair with a glass of wine, too. They even offer cooking classes at night!
