Went here for lunch just ahead of the lunch rush. I ordered the Classic Sampler and went to get my drink and table set. Very quickly my food was ready while still getting my drink. The server asked if it was okay to put my order on a table in a high traffic area. When I said no (I don't think she expected that, but if you ask, don't expect an answer you might not like or expect), I was shot daggers from her eyes, and when I asked for the tray to be set at a quiet, out of the way booth (I was still fumbling with my drink and utensils), she had a "whatever" attitude.
Breadsticks were doughy in the middle. Food was typical Fazoli's fare - FAST food, not fine Italian dining. No complaints with the rest of the meal.
I'll probably go back, but if I get attitude again I won't be so nice...
