“Yummy”

My husband and I absolutely love their Cobb salad. It is large enough for two to share. I've had Cobb salads at other restaurants but never anything to compare with this. Yummy!!!

“Always good food”
Reviewed May 2, 2014

Newk's can be relied on to have great tasting, freshly made food. My favorite is the Shrimp Remoulade salad. Lots of shrimp and the dressing is awesome. But the soups and sandwiches are also so very good. You can't go wrong with Newk's.

“First and probably last visit”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

This was our first visit to Newk's and we definitely had mixed reviews. We had a group of 7 and we ran the spectrum of very good to uneatable. We've definitely had better at other deli restaurants. The kicker was my wife's "Black and Blue" salad which she could not eat because of the low quality of the meat in the salad and it's drowning in salad dressing. She tried to speak with the manager, but he/she was apparently to busy to speak with customers and we had to relay our disappointment through one of the workers. Although there was an offer to give my wife a dessert to take with her, the lack of concern by management turns us off on Newk's. We won't be back.

“Wow What a surprise”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

Ate with the family and friends along with toddler granddaughter . Wonderful selection of tasty food , sandwich (1/2) and soup (tomato Basil) with all the condiments . Very good because it hit the spot for our needs and timing. A group our size would have had to wait 1/2 hour or longer but we were in and done ,satisfied within an hour total!
Variety of pizzas , sandwiches, soups .and entrees . Excellent clean place and quick too!

“Break out of the humdrum eateries!”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

Newk's appears to be hard at work creating a unique dining experience, and they have achieved their goal. Diners order their food up front before seating themselves, the choices are a bit unique and creative. I am a brick oven pizza junkie, and had blackened shrimp on our first visit, sausage and pepperoni on our second visit. Both were very good. The crust was especially tasty tonight, well done, crispy thin crust, with ample amounts of fresh grated mozzarella cheese available from the condiments table. There is a wide selection of beverages available, from premium / imported beers to a house blend of ice tea and Coca Cola fountain drinks. They have very good salads, plus some cute packages of bread sticks that taste quite good, are entertaining and novel, and give one the feeling that they may be avoiding a boatload of starchy calories from larger volumes of bread. (especially if they have salad as a meal, vs. pizza)...
