No A/C. no other rooms available. could hear Arkansas soccer team in hallway since fan wasn't working either. 35% discount offered. Repeatedly contacted management (Amber & Jessica). calls not returned except for once when Amber said call me back. that wasn't necessary. All she had to do was leave a message saying she had taken care of getting me 35% off. I had to call her again to tell her of the problem as if it were the first time I was calling. It took 4 calls to straighten it out.

I understand you had issue during you stay with the A/C unit, I apologize for the inconvenience and we did contact the booking agency to see what we could do to get you taken care of regarding the rate during your stay.
