We happened upon Soto when I was at the fabric store next door and decided to pop in for lunch. Wasn't expecting much, we were just hungry. I can honestly say that we were blown away! Since having lunch we have been two more times for dinner and we brought some family with us. Everyone was equally impressed. Chef Owner Andy has some serious skills. He uses the freshest seafood and produce and imports many authentic ingredients. We have had so many wonderful dishes that I can't even list them all. Some of our faves are the unagi maki, jalapeno hamachi and anything that is a special of the day. Save room for the green tea tiramisu. Our new favorite date night place!
