We have a weekend place nearby in Winedale. We always go to the Brazos Belle. The chef, Andre, was previously a chef at the Four Seasons In Houston. The food is exquisite but it is not froufrou French food but basic French cooking. The steaks are well prepared and I'm addicted to the Peach Melba. The decor is simple and pure country. When we have taken friends, they have been blown away and still talk about the place. You will be not disappointed as has been shared by other reviewers.
Drawbacks- only open on the weekends, Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday lunch. No credit cards.
