Let me start with the highlights. Perini's is a great place to take out of town guests for a bit of small town, west Texas ranch ambiance. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated promptly. Our server was very attentive.
Our group ordered ribeyes, prime rib, and a burger. The food quality was excellent but overpriced for west Texas. Perini's has big city prices and a glass of wine was $13! The entree's came with a salad but side dishes were extra. Given that the ribeyes and prime rib were close to $ 40, a side of potatoes and/or vegetable should have been included. Perini's does not even offer a baked potato.
Save yourself some big $$ and purchase Perini's cookbook. It contains all of the restaurant's delicious recipes that you can make at home for a fraction of the restaurant experience. Due to the prices I have to rate Perini's average rather than very good.
