Our hotel had a "mediocre at best" free breakfast buffet so we opted to try a restaurant nearby. Casa Alde Café was one of the choices we found on google.com. The older restaurant in the heart of old Buda was a superb selection for us. Our waitress, granddaughter of the original founder of the restaurant, was very friendly and helpful. We had the Migas Supreme. Scrambled eggs with queso, onions, tortilla chips and tomatoes. A side of refried beans and one of the best homemade flour tortillas we've ever tasted. My husband also order the pancakes...2 huge homemade rounds of perfection. We would recommend this delicious restaurant to anyone. Mmmm, mmmm, good!
