Rented the whole house for a work retreat. The bedroom accommodations were superb (I have to get these sheets!) as were the little amenities in the rooms that made everything very welcoming. Loved the morning coffee and evening wine on the porch, with an easy walk to downtown for dinner. Great breakfast by our excellent hosts Denise and Bob. Highly recommend.

Room tip: The bedroom on the first floor is great if stairs are a challenge.

Denise and Bob are gracious and accommodating, providing a restful and comfortable retreat in their spacious and welcoming home. We could not have been happier, and were incredibly productive in a 3 day hide-away working retreat. We'll be back, and not just for work!

Room tip: All rooms are spacious with private bathrooms. Very quiet.

The Milton Parker Home is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. We were warmly welcomed by Denise and Bob, and felt immediately at home. They explained everything to us, gave us a tour, provided recommendations for restaurants and other sites in the area, even gave us the fascinating history of the home. Denise was so accommodating, providing us with a gluten free breakfast that was both creative and delicious. This B&B is a must stay!

My family booked 2 rooms at the Milton Parker Home on the weekend of my son's graduation from A & M. I could not have selected a better place to enhance our enjoyment of this special occasion. The home is absolutely lovely, with beautiful period furnishings throughout. The hostess and host answered all our questions about the history of the home, plus provided books in the parlor to further elaborate on Bryan and Brazos County's early days. All of the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The delicious, hearty breakfast was served on a table set with fine china and crystal. The frittata even included vegetables from the hostess' own garden. The grounds are attractive, with rose bushes and other flowering plants. From the fresh flowers in the parlor to the chocolate in the candy dishes, every aspect of this bed and breakfast shows the hostess and host's attention to detail. And the welcoming dogs are so well-behaved and sweet. We highly recommend the Milton Parker Home, and we hope to return! --the Hamiltons

Home is not a place but shared experience with people you love. Denise and Bob make sure that those memories can be made at their home, your home. First time you walk in you can smell the antique house built in 1885. The wood, the furniture, you make your way up the staircase, to walk into your room that transports you back to a different time. Then the bed, omg the bed: clean soft yet firm perfect night sleep. To top it all off you wake up to the smell of breakfast. All the while talking with your friends and family and making Milton your home.
