This is a newly renovated property so it is new, modern, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent the first morning but fresh fruit was sparse on day two. The location was one block from the new student conference we were attending at TAMU and perfect for that purpose. However, we had made our reservation in February, called ahead and let the front desk know we would be a late arrival, and upon arrival they had sold our reserved room!! We were assigned a king room with a lumpy sleeper sofa instead of the two queen bed room we booked. My new Aggie was stuck with the sleeper sofa and did not get much sleep. For a very loyal Marriott reward guest, I was disappointed to hear that it was the only room left at check in.

This is a clean friendly relatively new hotel. We visited during Parents weekend. The Hotle was full and could not change to a king bed but at least they tried. Breakfast was average with juice, toas, waffles and cereal. The front desk and staff were friendly. The Hotel is technically close to campus but not close to the action.

Have stayed in quite a few hotels in college station. This was at the top of those for sure. Great location, although its address is Bryan, it is right across the street from Texas A & M University. Nice friendly staff. Very clean and comfy beds with lots of pillows.

Located near intersection of Texas and University, so is in an ideal location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Internet is excellent, and one of the few places that offers a true hot breakfast - eggs, bacon, waffles. Exercise room features new equipment, and is gym quality.

We arrived cold, wet and tired about 10 pm and there was no luggage carrier. Both my daughter and I were handicapped and Esmerelda placed us in the best room to meet our needs. Since there was no carrier she helped carry our bags up to the room and then found a carrier for the rest and helped us with this. In addition to her well needed help we were thankful for she has a marvelous rapport with the public. In addition to having the best check in experience of any place we have stayed at in the State of Texas the room was wonderful, great wifi, temperature control, cleanliness, sound control and of course bed comfort.Oh yes, the hot tub was a clean welcome treat. Thanks we will be back next year.
