We had a big group of us check in at the same time and only one person able to check us in. We would all be staying for two days. Lots of confusion on the price we had already been quoted over the phone. My room was not serviced and cleaned at all the following day. I had to ask for fresh towels. When I had checked in I had been told by "Sam" that I would be all paid for and clear when it was time for me to leave, just turn in thr keys. The morning of my departure a bill had been slipped under the door. I asked "Roman" at the front desk if I still owed money, he said yes that when I checked only one day had been billed. I had clearly told "Sam" that I would be staying two days. Also the muffins were expired and the apples and oranges were old.
Although all these things are not considered major problems, I just want you to know of these events of my stay.
