We have been eating at Chili's since the late 1970's (starting with the location on Richmond in Houston). While it has changed a lot over the years, at least by rural Texas standards it is open late in Boerne. Unfortunately, the fajitas are no longer the way to go. There was not a hint of grill marks on the chicken fajita meat. It appeared (and tasted) to have been steamed. I won't be getting fajitas there again.
