Dionisios is the most amazing host. Couldn't do enough for us. My luggage didn't arrive on our flight and he did everything to get it to me by the next morning and was in continuous contact with me and the airport. Also went over and above to pick us up some drink from a shop at 9.30pm and brought to us the next morning. As for the cleaner (Louda), the nicest lady you could ever meet. Constant smile on her face and again would do anything to help. The Villa in in a great quiet location with plenty of tavernas around and do yourself a favour and walk 20 mins along the coast to Kritamo Restaurant in Ammoudi. Sakis and his family are amazing and the food is great. Dolce Villas are top quality and have everything you need for a relaxing break in the sunshine. Thanks Dionisios for everything and best wishes for the coming season, you are a credit to the tourism industry in Zante.
The villa is in a perfect frame: the Zacinto's countryside, few minutes away from the sea. The furniture is completely new, all the rooms are with air conditioned and a kind lady takes care everyday of the cleaning. Dionysios and his wife are always available for any requirement. You can find a small market and two Greek restaurants within a walking distance, even though a car is mandatory to explore all the island's attractions!
This is a beautiful part of Zante- olive groves, lemon orchards and easy walking distance from the safe, family beach. The villa is beautiful. We were 6 adults and a baby and there was still lots of space. It is one of a suite of 3 villas owned by a delightful Greek family who will do anything for you. Dionisios met us at the airport and led us to the villa. There is a wonderful lady who comes everyday who cleans and changes linen. You will probably be best hiring a car, but there is a general shop and a couple of very good tavernas within easy walking distance. The villa itself is very well equipped - fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. The lady who cleans very kindly took our washing and brought it back clean! The bathrooms were good because one had a bath and shower, one a shower cubicle and one had a large wet room, not to mention the extra loo and mini wet room downstairs. There were enough sunbeds for all of us as well as little tables outside. Two rooms have private balconies and the downstairs opens onto the main patio area. There was loads of hanging space (and hangars!) in the wardrobes. There is air conditioning but we didn't use it despite the 28C temperatures as there were so many sliding doors and windows all with mosquito nets. We took boat trips to see the Shipwreck Beach and the blue caves and another to Keri and loved both. Psarou is not a tourist area so we loved it. The villa was a real 'find' and very reasonably priced. Thank you Dionisios -we'll be back!
