After three weeks of being on the road, and eating way too much fast food, we were delighted to see the sign. Obviously well liked by locals as the parking lot was full. Huge room, sparsely decorated, with multiple steam tables. The shrimp was a bit cool, but other choices were steaming hot, and constantly being refilled. Vegetables nice and crispy, multiple meat and sauce choices. The sweet and sour soup was hot, full of unidentified oriental goodies, but so delicious I kept going back for more. Interesting touches catering to the Hispanic customers, like chicken quesadillas, or pizza for the oil field workers. Servers kept checking on us, and were quick to remove dirty plates. Bit of a language difficulty, but that added to the authenticity. Great value, with total bill of $17.90.
