Very Nice rooms clean and good shower with plenty of hot water, was upgraded to a suite with a bigger room bouns. Not very many near by Restaurants but had to stay for work so it was overall a good hotel for being 3 years old. really close to freeway so you may hear some freeway traffic.

This hotel was EXPENSIVE especially for a little rural town, however there is an oil boom going on in this area) It was a very typical Hampton Inn. Fantastic beds, great rooms, friendly hosts, superb service but pretty horrible breakfast choices . They were very generous in giving out free bottles of water upon arrival and departure. and allowed us to have a late check out

Room Tip: we were close to the interstate but the hotel was very quiet

My sister, cousin and I stayed at 2 different Hampton Inn's and were very pleased and "happy" that we did!! We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Big Spring, TX @ 805 West I-240 on October 18th & then also on the 20th as we went to/from Carlsbad, New Mexico for a family reunion; which we stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites there also @ 120 Esperanza Circle, on October 19th & 20th, 2012. (I would have given a review before now, but my husband has had multiple heart health issues since I've been home, which has kept me very busy.) We truly enjoyed our stays at each one, and had excellent service. Lucy was exceptionally awesome during our breakfast times and helped us with anything we needed; she truly cares about what she does and the people she serves. The only negative thing I could say was that the pool was not in service at the Big Spring, TX Inn, which we really wanted to use, but they did get the jacuzzi fixed while we were there.

Room Tip: We were in great locations in both Hampton's so wouldn't know if one room would be better than another.

It is a good hotel, I'm just stewed because they publish a $184 government rate. They are screwing government business travelers because of a oil boom in the area. It is a rip off and it isn't right for them to do so.

Room Tip: Find another hotel that honors the government rate. LOL
