My family and I ate at Carlos Thursday night. When we walked in, we felt like we were inpositioning the staff just by asking for a table for four. Once we were seated it took a good 20 minutes to get the queso and one margarita we ordered. When we inquired about the queso, the server acted ticked off that we even asked. When she brought the queso to the table she didn't even say sorry for the wait, she just simply walked away. When she served my margarita she put in on the corner of the table and just walked away again. The food might as well have been a microwave dinner, as it was not good and over cooked. To add insult to injury, my mother sustained food poisoning (she had the hot tamales) after eating at this fine dining establishment. If you are traveling, do not eat here, as the locals get preferred service and you probably won't be able to check out of your hotel due to being sick all night!
