“Pricey but good”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 15, 2013

My husband's family suggested this place for desert one night while we were visiting from PA. It was interesting and yummy. My son and husband loved that you could separate the cups and have multiple favors, and the toppings... Nice! It was a very coop ice cream bar, basically, with comfy beanbag chairs to enjoy it on. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because of price. It seemed pretty pricey. I think we spent in the lower 20s for 3 people (and my bowl had barely anything in it since we had just eaten dinner!).

“Enjoyable Yogurt but Some Problems on our 2nd & 3rd Visits”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 17, 2013

We went to Orange Leaf in Baytown for Frozen Yogurt. I enjoyed the Birthday Cake & Cheesecake flavors - both very good! The other person really enjoyed Orange on the first visit, but it wasn't working on our next 2 visits (even though we asked Cristella), which was very disappointing.

The cost is $ 0.49 per ounce --- total weight for cup, yogurt, & toppings (large selection). Our bill, for 2 of us, on our 1st & 3rd visits was $ 6.15 & $ 6.11 respectively. We only partially filled our rather large cups (smallest one available) & had a very limited amount of topping.

Our bill on our 2nd visit was $ 9.13. We later realized (on our 3rd visit) we were overcharged by $2.45 plus tax. There were 2 separate lines on our receipt (even though our cups of yogurt & toppings were weighed together). The 1st time we went we didn't get a receipt nor were we offered a receipt. On the 2nd & 3rd visits, the cashier asked us if we wanted a receipt & in both cases we said yes. Needless to say, we're not happy about the overcharge. Would definitely recommend getting a receipt on every visit!!!

They have a Loyalty Program - 10% credit for $ spent, redeemable on a future order when over $1.00. We have just over $1.00 credit but are still behind given the almost $3 overcharge on the 2nd visit.

The restaurant is very cute with the orange theme - cups, furniture, spoons & decor. The frozen yogurt is very good, but there were some definite problems on our visits. We may go back again sometime, but not in the near future. It's not cheap & the problems we encountered leave a bad taste.
