“Clean and nice”

We arrived and surprised how nice the hotel was for the low 10000 Honor points requirement. We later notified it was because of the remodeling construction there during the period. We arrived there 5:00 pm and left by 9:00 am but did not hear any noises. We had very nice stay there. The only thing we did not like was the near by restaurant " Richard's Cajun", don't eat there, very bad experience.

Excellent staff and hotel! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff prepared and served a good meal. The desk clerk was eager to help us enjoy our stay there. We plan to stay there again next year.

I had a billing issue at this hotel -- one I stay at every time I have business in Baytown -- and the manager on duty the next day actually handled it with just one phone call. The breakfast is a nice touch and the check-in process is always nice and easy.

This is your average Hampton Inn. If you need to be in the Baytown. Texas area, it's an OK place to stay. The staff is friendly and the morning breakfast is OK. It's not far off the interstate and close to several places to eat.

Dear FoxRunMan,

Thank you very much for your review of our hotel. In the next few months, we will be going through an extensive renovation that will make our hotel an above average place to stay. We are adding a state of the art exercise room, new business center and brand new bathrooms to match our already remodeled rooms. We added new mattress that are like sleeping on a cloud just a few weeks ago. Our lobby will be totally changed to make it a great place to relax and enjoy after our breakfast is over in the morning. We are also adding a Suite Shop that will have lots of food and great items to purchase while visiting us. We want our hotel to continue to be the best in Baytown by matching our hotel with our exceptional service. We hope to see you again and hopefully when you come back, you can enjoy our great additions that are on the way. Scott Duplechain, General Manager

We checked in last night for a one night stay...
Check in was very easy...
Our first room ... the shower did not work... Shandra immediately moved us to another room..
Very quiet air-conditioning/heating unit... Great shower... Fabulous television.... And the beds/pillows awesome.

Definitely will return

Great friendly and supportive staff. Clean rooms. Very satisfied and comfortable stay. Blanca at the front desk was awesome. Convenient walking distance to restaurants. Denny's next door. Express Chicken across the street and several others in the nearby area.

Stayed here for one night on the 17th October 2013.

Very pleasant staff at check in and offered me my complimentary Hilton Honors Gold Card Member treat straight away.

The rooms were very well kept, clean and spacious. Remodeled and nicely furnished.

Nice sized bathroom and a very comfortable bed.

Good breakfast buffet with a large selection of food and plenty of spaces to sit and eat.

Would recommend and stay here again if I was in the area.
