We had several family members visiting and I needed 5 rooms in the area and chose Hampton for its reputation and security. The family asked for some special considerations of the desk and housekeeping staff and were well pleased, the staff made them feel like it was their pleasure to be of service.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Baytown recently on a very quick turn-around trip. I was there only long enough to sleep and eat breakfast. I was able to sleep very well. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet for a hotel room. There was a white-noise option on the clock radio I believe but I did not utilize it. The breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel staff was great. Everyone was aiming to please and each person I spoke with was very helpful. They even printed me a map to my destination.

This hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. The beds were comfortable and clean bath and bed. My only problem is the high cost of the room however the rate I paid appears to be the going rate in that area.

Stayed here for a week in late September. I had a queen suite and felt like I was in a dungeon.

For a suite this room was small and cramped, and my room had a musty moldy smell. There was no room to relax or watch TV other than lying on the bed or sitting in the office chair.

The noise from the above floors, the surrounding area, the plumbing and the highway was VERY bothersome. The AC is the old style with the flap and the High Fan/Low Fan, High/cool, Low/cool dials. This old technology makes it hard to adjust to a consistent comfortable temperature.

That being said….the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The TV was large with a lot of channels to choose from, the Wi-Fi was adequate, the hot breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of restaurants in the area.

Comfortable stay with a good hot breakfast. I slept well on the comfortable mattress. We enjoyed the amenties and general features of this hotel. Handy location that provides easy access to I-10 and is just what we needed. Thanks to the staff for an enjoyable stay...

We wanted a weekend to celebrate the end of summer on Labor Day weekend 2013--not far from home but away so we could all enjoy relaxing, fun, and family togetherness. The Hampton Inn in Baytown was just the right choice. The staff were very friendly, the motel was clean, the breakfast was outstanding, and the pool fun fun fun for the grandkids and adults.

I am never quite sure what to expect with Hamptons. Typically clean, decent internet, and usually recently remodeled.

This property was no different, and was located in the center of many needed amenities.

TV had LOTS of channels, but seemed like too many. Hard to figure out what was on and where... but nice to have the choice.

I thought the rate was a bit high, but did include breakfast.

Might stay here again.
