We had a room for one evening, a king no-smoking room. The room was nice, but smelled like there had been smokers in the room before and that they had sprayed something to try to hide the smell. The hotel was booked solid because it was the local high school graduation that night. We managed the room, but were glad we were checking out the next morning because we had booked a room with a double because our daughter-in-law was meeting us the next evening. Upon our check-in on our 2nd evening we were given a SMOKING room. We are non-smokers and could not tolerate the room, you could smell the smoke from the parking lot and there were no other rooms available so the desk clerk actually called several other nearby hotels to check for availability. Most hotels were sold out, but she found us a hotel 30 minutes away and did not charge us for the room. I think if it had not been a graduation weekend, the hotel would have had availability and we would have stayed the 2nd night. But I felt we got good customer service, the breakfast was good after the 1st nights stay and I would stay there again if we went back to that area. We had gone there to hike the nearby Walls of Jericho, a great day hike!! BTW, I think the smoking room was booked in error by ME, so it wasn't their fault, but I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and would not have been able to breath the next morning if we had stayed.

Stayed at this hotel with friends for the Kansas City Barbecue Society cook off and the location was good they said they had firm beds that was a gross misunderstatement their beds were way to soft for me so i awoke with terrible back pain this is your typical small town hotels no Hiltons or Sheratons or nicer well known hotel chains

Was working in the Winchester area and decided to stay at the Best Western. This turned into an excellent choice that started with a very professional and nice receptionist named Kayla. She was helpful with directions and recommendations of places to eat. My co-worker and i checked out the next morning to go to work. The job required us to extend our stay so their was no doubt where we would spend the night. We were delighted to see Kayla at work the second night. Again, she was professional and friendly that just made us feel welcomed. The hotel room was clean, the furnishing looked new, the bed was very comfotable. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area and hopefully you will get lucky and have Kayla to check you in.

Okay, so this isn't the nicest hotel you can find. The decor is a little dated, but who cares?

We were driving from Florida to Indiana returning from spring break and were having a hard time finding a hotel with availability. Our 2 kids were getting a little tired and irritable, so we needed to find some place to stay before the meltdowns started.

Thanks to great reviews on tripadvisor, we decided to give this a shot even though it was about 10-15 miles off the interstate. Fortunately they had 1 room available (#152 I believe), which was a king suite. We got a rollaway bed too.

The room was huge, as was the enormous jetted tub. It had a kitchenette, 2 good TVs, etc.

As others have written, the service is excellent. Every interaction we had with employees there were positive: the call to reserve the room, the genuine welcome at check-in, the hand-written note in the room welcoming us, the call 10 minutes after we checked in just to make sure everything was okay with the room, and much more. After a long day on the road, this was such a nice tough.

Breakfast was included in the morning, which is a great bonus.

And it was all very reasonably priced. Just $138 (after tax) for the suite and the rollaway.

I doubt I'll be going that way any time soon, but if I do I'll definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, but mostly with your receptionist named Kayla. Our GPS had gotten us severely lost taking us down a dirty road off of rte 108.TN. We called your hotel and spoke to Kayla. We told her we were on route 108, but didn't know where on route 108. She immediately went to the computer and found our location by us giving her landmarks. She told us we were about 60 miles away and proceeded to give us directions to your Best Western Inn in Winchester, TN. I don't know what we would have done without her. She gave us excellent directions and we arrived in a little over an hour. She certainly went over and above what her normal duties were and we thank her very much for helping us out.

Room Tip: Excellent choice of accommodations. Wonderful staff.

Loved this hotel. Very nice furniture although the mattress could stand to be softer. WiFi was great. Hot water needs a little work (it fluctuated). Ice machine could use updating. Other than that it was fantastic. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
