We saw an ad on TV for this place. My husband, whose family owned a Jewish Deli in Philadelphia when he was growing up is always looking for the holy grail--an authentic Philly Steak. It was about a 15-20 mile drive for us and we were beginning to think we would never find it and then, there it was. I got a Reuben and potato salad, hubby got the Philly steak and cole slaw. We shared so we could both enjoy it all. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being a perfect sandwich, hubby gave the Philly Steak a 9.5 and the Reuben a 10--this coming from a very picky deli expert. What made them so special was the Amish meats and cheeses and the homemade breads. The desserts looked amazing, but we were too full to sample. The sides were just average. The place is small, but they have a shelter next door that is warm and snug to eat in. We did not see any public bathrooms, so if you drive a distance, be sure to go before you leave home. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Also, this is NOT fast food, so skip it if you are in a hurry.
