This is a wonderful place to stay. Close to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, Cade's Cove, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and other areas. They are biker friendly which is a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel nice breakfast nice staff great stay. Rocking chairs to relax outside in and excellent chocolate chip cookies when arrived. Always stay here when in Townsend just a great hotel. Only downside just a little pricey compared to hotels in Pigeon Forge.

This hotel is a great location for exploring the Smoky Mountain National Park and the Slaying the Tail of the Dragon. It is only 12 miles or so from Cades Cove and the western entrance to the park and 20 miles from the north end of the Dragon. Townsend is a quite and peaceful escape from Gatlinburg a Pigeon Forge. The Hotel is biker friendly and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We found the Best Western to be the best value and service. We were extremely happy with the level of service, the cleanliness of the facility and pool, and the quality of the FREE breakfast. All staff members were exceptionally friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home.

I love to travel with my dog, a fairly large Rhodesian Ridgeback. They have pet friendly rooms set aside that are adjacent to the large open area out back so you can exercise them. "Bella" and I enjoyed visiting with the neighbors when we sat outside in the evening. I go to Townsend every year and will stay here in the future.

Thought this was a pretty nice hotel. The rooms were very clean. The showers were nice with the right amount of water pressure. The pool was good. However, the first night I stayed- I tossed and turned a lot! The beds really need improvement and are very uncomfortable. My husband had the same problem. The breakfast was okay. Definitely not the best but edible. If the bed and breakfast were better- this hotel would have been excellent. May or may not stay again because of the beds.

A plesant experience. One of the few hotels I've found where there are a couple of chairs in front of each room (1st floor) where 'neighbors for the night' can chat. We sould definitely stay in this hotel if we're ever back in the area.
