“Best cavern in the smokies”
Reviewed June 13, 2012

We have been to both Forbidden Caverns and now Tuckaleechee. This one is in my opinion the better if the two. If going to Cades Cove, you may want to add this attraction since it is a 45 minute drive from Pidgeon Forge. There are a couple of rooms that are really large. The one small complaint is the tour guide spoke a little to fast.

“Cool caverns!”
Reviewed June 13, 2012

Very interesting exploration of the underground caverns. Our guide was so nice and helpful and explained everything to us. I have been to Carlsbad Caverns in NM which is one of the worlds biggest cavern tours and this one just as exciting albeit smaller. The running river though the cavern was an extra experience. We even got to take a drink from it as it is purer than the bottled waters we were carrying. Fantastic exploration!

I have never been into a cave before. We had a great tour guide. It was definitely worth the $15 fee. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. They do have hand rails.

“tuckaleechee cavern”
Reviewed June 12, 2012

It was definitely worth the $15 fee. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. There were handrails available throughout the tour. The waterfall at the end of the tour was way cool. After the caverns we took a short drive to cades cove to enjoy the rest of the day.
