Rented a pontoon boat for the day from the dock that we reserved a month ahead of time. We get there to pick it up and was told that we were at the wrong dock and we didn't rent one from them. We called our credit card company to find out that we indeed did rent one from them and we had paid a $162.50 deposit on it. We went back in to talk to them and low and behold we were in the computer but they didn't write us in the book to hold the boat. The guy we were dealing with said he would refund our money and not charge us a 15% cancellation fee!!! How nice considering we didn't cancel. Mistakes happen but I feel like we could have been treated a little different and offered something for our troubles.
