found both trash containers filled. asked staff to look at the containers.. was told the cleaning people were not doing their job. . and she walked away made no effort to get the containers cleared! everyone else has been helpful and kind. the ////breakfast waffles are a good as the Waffle House would like to have the ability to have fresh fried eggs even if I have to make them myself. the bag-o-eggs are not very good

The restroom in our room was not properly cleaned from the previous tenant. We found hair, and other spills in the bathroom, that should have been cleaned up by the staff prior to our arrival. We had to complain twice over a 2 hour period to get the problem resolved to our satisfaction.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very courteous and helpful. Had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was always good and had fast internet service. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

Typical Hampton Inn. Clean, good staff, ok breakfast, overpriced as all Hilton's are becoming. The staff here is extremely courteous and I sometimes feel badly about complaining about the ever increasing Hilton prices. They charge 20% more than the average Holiday Inn Express but offer no additional value; in fact in my opinion they're points program isn't as good despite being consistently ranked higher. Points here expire; Priority Club points don't.

Business trip, one night stay. Fast check in. Friendly staff. O'Charley's Restaurant within walking distance. Beds are comfy. I would recommend this Hotel to others and plan on staying here again on my next visit to Springfield.

This is the best option if you stay in Springfield. The service is good. Check in was friendly and fast. The rooms are clean but are in need of update. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Breakfast is good. They keep fruit out throughout the day. There is a nice pool. I will continue to stay and recommend for Springfield.

We really weren't expecting this nice in Springfield. Everything was so nice and clean! The beds were super comfortable! We came for family purposes and we left feeling like we had stayed with family. Great experience all around.
