My family of 3 stayed in a 2 bedroom room for 4 nights and we were very pleased with our stay. I thought the rooms were a good size, but the closet was really small. Everything was really clean. The day staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast wasn't extensive but it was free and there was something for everyone. The one annoying issue was with the room keys. It seems they kept forgetting to code them for the correct number of days so it seemed we were going for new keys daily after getting locked out. We never used the pool but they do have one. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the rooms are nice and its a clean place. We arrived after midnight and had to wait in a foyer because you only go in when you have a key and swipe. So because it was so late we stood there in front of that window which had a large floral arrangement right in front of the window, which i feel may have made it hard for them to see us. It wasn't busy at that time and having a buzzard or a bell would prevent having to wait for someone to walk by and just look at you like they don't know why you are there. I had read reviews about the staff being friendly but obviously the young man there on May 30th after midnight wasn't. We were more courteous to him than he was to us. The girl that morning wasn't much different. It wouldn't hurt to smile and be engaging with your customers. Both my husband and I work with staff and understand how important customer service is, specially when you have a nice hotel to work with... oh and no butter for toast??? they had plenty of peanut butter but no butter. You have a great place to work with, just wouldn't stay there again if I had another nice place with great customer service.

Room Tip: Bring your own butter :)

Thank you for taking time to review our hotel and leave valuable feedback about your experience. We do apologize that the customer service your expected was less than satisfactory. We are uncertain why butter was not put out that morning and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on improving our customer service skills with our front desk staff and will utilize your experience as a training tool, as without valuable feedback it is hard for a manager and or owners to know how the staff interacts with our guests on evening shifts.

This is a nice place, clean and quiet. Room was a little small for two people to share, but we managed. Stayed there while attending the Bonnaroo Music Festival and it's about a 30 minute drive from Manchester and the festival site, but less expensive than the hotels that are closer.
