perfect quick stay!!!

We just stayed a couple of nights here and absolutely loved it!!! We were referred by a consensus of an rv group on Facebook and are thankful! The staff was friendly and helpful and the property is very clean and well kept! Looks brand new but I don't think it is. The view of the river from our rv space was breath taking. If your goal is to be at the base of the Smokey Mountain over the serenity of your space this may not be for you as it took us about 40 minutes to get to the base of the Smokies but we didn't mind at all because of the beauty we came home to in our space!! HIGHLY recommend! and ps fireflys were out every night :)

We have stayed in many campgrounds and RV resorts...Two Rivers Landing has been the best to date! We were extremely satisfied with everything that was offered and the fact that there were not a ton of children running around. There were children, but none that were out of control. The bathhouse and laundry room were super clean and fantastic. The pool was amazing. The sites were perfect. The clubhouse area was very clean and inviting. The view of the French Broad, even from the backside spots, was great. Close to everything, yet tucked away and private. We will be back!

We spent two weekend nights at the resort. First let me say it was very clean. The bathrooms were spotless and the showers are clean and roomy with a seat and a good place to hang your clothes while showering. The staff and especially the receptionist were friendly. Checking in was no problem. The concrete pads were level and big enough. Location wise it is only a few miles from Pigeon Forge but the traffic makes it seem further. This is a great place for people like me, the older crowd.
When I say it is not everyone's cup of tea it is because of the strict rules. You cannot have fires or pits. Quiet time is at 10pm sharp. The pool is clean but small and closes at 8:45 and they are there to make sure you don't stay a minute later. My in laws traveled with us and had a small sun shade open gazebo they had over their picnic table and was told to take it down. There was coffee available in the office but some had said they had doughnuts but they don't (not a big deal just wanted to mention it). The verdict for me is that I would camp there again while my in-laws said they never would, so I guess it is a case of priorities.

Room tip: There are two rows for parking. The riverside are for the bigger RV's and the back row is for the smaller Rv's and travel trailers.

I am a member of the Happy Tennessee Travelers, we just had our first rally of 2021 at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort April 16th. This RV Resort is at the top of my list when I go to our rally or just staying by our self's. The sites are level, clean and large with all of the utilities including great cable TV. The manager Don and his staff did a great job helping us make this past rally a big success.
We do 7 rallies a year from Tennessee to Georgia to Alabama and Kentucky. From the comments that I heard from the other members this is our Resort of choice.

Don't get excited about the scenery though. You have to have a Class A motorhome to be able to park on the waterfront, however you can still see it from the other side. Bath house is extremely clean and open all night. Laundry services on site available during office hours, just bring your quarters. I did get asked by personnel to "slow down" when I was driving throughat 7 mph. Not sure what the speed limit is, but make sure you crawl through. Each lot has a concrete pad with all the hookups and are seperated by shrubbery. Location is minutes from the main strip and far enough away that you don't hear all the tourist traffic.

Our first time here and it won't be our last. Nice, level sites for motor homes facing the river. Close to outlet shops, restaurants and whatever else interests you but quiet and clean. They also have back in sites for travel trailers and 5th wheels. On check in we were treated in a helpful and friendly manner. And for the location, the price is competitive. The only negative thing I can think of is that campfires are not allowed.
