“Good, just not big”
Reviewed March 8, 2014 via mobile

This was our second time to this resort. The Wild Water Dome is a good, albeit smaller indoor water park. It's definitely the little brother to the Wilderness in the Wisconsin dells. The park is very clean and organized, good amounts of activities. Would like to see the indoor waterpark expanded to include a lazy river

“Good place just not as big”
Reviewed October 23, 2013 via mobile

We spent 4 nights at the Wyndham at the wilderness. The people were great at the water dome and the activities were mostly clean, fun and well supervised. The wave pool is not as big as the wilderness in Wisconsin dells but the boys had fun. They also have a bodyboarding wave thing that they don't have at other places. Other than that, there are a couple of tube slides that are good and the scary storm chaser thing where you feel like you're going to fall out of the tube. Nice, large hot tub. There is also a regular pool but the boys said it was cold and dirty. We stayed at the water dome a few hours on two occasions. That was about enough. There are plenty of other activities in the area including the roaring fork motor tour and don't miss the prime rib (or any meat) at the Alamo.
