We recently went to Elvira's during a trip up to GSMNP for a week. We've seen the restaurant on prior trips, but decided to make it a point to do breakfast this time. We ended up eating here twice for breakfast.
Elvira's is a great find when in or near Wear's Valley. It's away from all the pancake houses you find in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. It's farm fresh!!! And the staff was great, pleasant and welcoming to everyone, not just their regulars.
We are very excited to have found a great place to eat in Wears Valley, as we prefer to stay away from Pigeon Forge as much as possible.
The food was great. I had the country biscuit benedict. My husband ordered the hotcake with bacon, egg and potatoes. The coffee was very clean tasting. Our next visit we both ordered the breakfast sandwich - and we were not disappointed.
We can't wait to go back for breakfast at Elvira's again.
